Services and Professional Fees

Tired of rushed 15-minute psych appointments?

Navigating your child’s mental health is stressful enough without feeling like a number on a clinic roster. I provide unhurried psychiatric care designed to give your family the time, attention, and thoroughness you deserve. My practice focuses on comprehensive assessments and conservative medication management, offering you the flexibility of telehealth, in-office visits, or care in the comfort of your own home.

Getting Started

1. Free 25-Minute Consultation | $0

Finding the right psychiatric care for your child is a big decision, and you shouldn't have to guess if we are a good match. Let’s start with a complimentary 25-minute consultation. This is a low-pressure opportunity for us to connect, briefly discuss your current concerns, and see if my practice is the right fit for your family before you commit to anything.

Call our text 330.919.5727 to schedule today.

2. Initial Parent Visit | $325

If we decide to move forward together, our formal journey begins with you. During this dedicated, parent-only session, we will:

• Review your child's history and any past medications.

• Discuss your concerns and answer your questions in a relaxed, unhurried setting.

• Collaborate to design a customized, step-by-step evaluation plan for your child.

• Please note: Medication is not prescribed during this parent-only visit.

Note: In-home visits are available. Travel fees may apply if over 30 minutes from the business address.

Insurance & Payment

My practice is private-pay and considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. This model allows me to provide highly personalized, flexible care without insurance-mandated time restrictions.

To make out-of-network reimbursement as easy as possible, I partner with Thrizer. You can use the link below to instantly check your out-of-network benefits and see how much your insurance may reimburse you for our visits.

Practice Policies

Transparency is vital to our partnership. Any potential administrative fees for services outside of standard appointments (such as extensive records review or lengthy phone consultations) will always be discussed with you directly prior to charging. All specific clinical fees for your child's ongoing evaluation and treatment will be clearly outlined in your initial intake paperwork.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE) Notice

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You will receive a detailed estimate in your intake paperwork via SimplePractice prior to your first appointment. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
